Equipping minds. Empowering lives.

Why I started Equip & became an Emotional Intelligence Coach

My name is Nisa Asymova. I founded EQUIP as a space for reflective growth, emotional maturity, and psychologically grounded development.
My journey into emotional intelligence was shaped by lived experience, formal association for coaching accredited coaching training, and ongoing academic study in psychology.
Through individual coaching and group work, I support leaders, professionals, and parents who want to better understand themselves, navigate relationships with clarity, and live with greater emotional awareness and fulfillment.
EQUIP reflects my belief that meaningful change happens through understanding and enablement and that emotional intelligence is a lifelong practice.
